Tiemme has always taken at heart water treatment with the objective of reducing costs and consumptions of both new and existing plants.Sometimes the space available for installing a filter beneath the boiler is very tight and traditional magnetic filters don’t usually fit.

From this need the newly Tiemme branded TM-MAG MINI is born, allowing to intercept debris and iron impurities contained within the plants thanks to the combined action of the neodymium magnet and the filtering cartridge.

WHY USE TM-MAG MINI?

Before the arrival of the cold season the main cause for boiler blockage is due to the formation of deposits deriving from corrosive phenomena caused by the lack of prevention and protection of metals that make up the plants. If not correctly protected, iron tends to oxidize in various forms among which the depositing of magnetize which, detaching itself from pipes and radiators becomes powder and obstructs passages in the exchangers.

The removal of magnetite is possible with TM-MAG MINI. The compact size that distinguishes it allow for TM-MAG MINI to be installed in very tight spaces, also in case of existing plants (domestic boilers installed in kitchen cabinets).

Advantages

  • Compact design.
  • It can be easily mounted under any boiler.
  • Dual combined filter action for thorough cleaning: magnetic filtration via a powerful neodymium magnet (12,000 Gauss).
  • Mechanical filtration through the filter cartridge (filtration level is 800 μm).
  • Protects system components, especially circulators and heat exchangers, to extend the life of heating devices.
  • It provides efficient working system and energy saving.
  • Quick and easy maintenance.
  • Expertly designed for applications in home environments.
